Q: I missed a poster release! Will you be printing more?

A: All of our poster releases are limited editions and once they are sold out they will never be printed again.

Q: What’s the best way to find out about your releases?

A: We will announce the details of our new releases within few days before the sale and also on the day of the sale through our newsletter. You can subscribe to our newsletter and also follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram or Tumblr.

Order

Q: Can I hold item(s) in my cart?

A: Since these are limited edition prints, item(s) cannot be held in the cart. Your order is not considered final until you receive an email confirmation from us.

Q: Is there a purchase limit on number on a poster?

A: Yes. We have a limit of one edition per order policy on all posters unless otherwise stated. If you wish to purchase more than one copy of a particular edition please contact us and we will see whether it is possible.

Q: For Pre-Orders, when I will be charged? At the time of purchase or when the item ships?

A: For all Pre-Orders the payments are processed at the time of purchase.

Q: What are my payment choices?

A: During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options (which includes all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and PayPal) and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Q: Can I cancel an item in my order or cancel my order?

A: Due to limited nature of our posters, all orders and pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or return. All sales are final. Because our products are limited edition, we do not accept returns. We ONLY offer an exchange if your product is damaged in delivery, or refund if the product has been damaged and it is no longer in stock.

Q: Do you refund gift cards?

A: Sorry, we do not refund gift cards.

Q: My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

A: If your print arrives damaged send us an email at contact@kraftico.com with photos of the damaged product or shipment, including shipping label and we'll help get you all sorted out. Please do not send your purchase back to us.

Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?

A: After an order is placed, processed, and payment is confirmed the posters are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks, but may take up to 3 weeks. Also, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Q: My order never arrived, what do I do?

A: As soon as your order has been shipped you would have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Check with the shipper with the tracking information to confirm that your package was delivered. If your package show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do. Though for certain poster releases we may have limitations due to license restrictions. If there is a restriction it will always be noted on the purchase page. If you place an order with a shipping address in an unavailable territory we will refund your money.

Please note that by making an international purchase, you maybe to subject to a local customs fee which you(the buyer) are responsible for. Also the international shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive.
